• For a footbath: dissolve two tablespoons of soak in a container filled with warm water. Soak feet for 20 minutes while breathing deeply and exhaling fully. Finish with a quick cold soak to restore the body following the detox.
• For a full bath: Add two or more handfuls to a full bathtub and swirl to blend the minerals and release the aromas. Set an intention for your bath as you enter the magical creation. Soak for 20 minutes while releasing toxins and allowing full release.
• Follow with a quick cool shower. Wrap yourself in a blanket and lay down for at least 30 minutes following this bathing ritual.
• *** You may get hot and sweat during this bath. This is normal and facilitates the release of toxins.

For all other orders we offer a choice of either a low flat rate shipping fee ($5 for a single item and $7 for two or more items) or discounted rates from UPS and the US Postal Service. Orders are shipped within one to two business days and our shipping carriers take about 2-5 days (depending on your location) which means you’ll get your order in 3-7 business days. We ship via a Carbon Neutral shipping partner!
